We are currently seeking a Director of Plant Operations who is passionate about making a difference for our North Shore Community!

The non-negotiables:
- Preferred one year of supervisory experience, including setting performance expectations, coaching, motivating, managing change, promoting collaboration, and company culture
- Three years of experience in hospitals/institutional settings; knowledge of plumbing, electrical and mechanical repairs; general maintenance procedures; laundry operations and housekeeping procedures
- High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent required
- Must have a valid driver’s license, good driving record, and current auto insurance
What you'll be doing:
- Responsible for all functions required to keep physical facility in good repair and safe for residents, staff and visitors
- Negotiate and contract with outside vendors (as needed)
